Hey beauty lovers! So excited to share my latest beauty obsession - Thrive Causemetics! I know I’m super late to the game on this one, but as they say "better late than never," right?!
I’ve been seeing this brand all over Instagram and Facebook ads and honestly what really prompted me to want to try them out was their Brilliant Eye Brighteners (comes in 4 shade options). These looked so easy to apply and gave a nice pop of brightness around the eye area. Of course, I also had to try their Liquid Lash Extension Mascara (comes in black or brown) which is one of their most popular items. I got the Brilliant Eye Brightener in shades Stella and Emma. Stella is the champagne color and Emma is the more copper color. I knew that I wanted to get two so that I could create a unique look and use one as more of a highlighter around the eye and use the other as the base color. I’m so tempted to buy all of the shades because they are all so pretty!
The Liquid Lash Extension Mascara is great too. It creates tubes on the ends of your lashes that make your lashes look longer and more defined to mimic the effect of lash extensions. If you’re like me you, like long and full lashes so this is a great mascara to help lengthen. Since I like to combine different mascaras together, I would pair this one with another mascara to add a bit more volume. I also have to say that this mascara formula is great especially for summertime because if it gets wet, the product just kind of balls up and falls off rather than flaking or running. It’s not waterproof but it definitely holds up in wetness pretty well.
Lastly what I love most about this brand is that whatever product you buy, they donate that same product to a woman in need along with a monetary donation. I think this is such a nice thing for a brand to do! It's such a great thing when a brand has no only great products, but also a great message.
