How to Revive Day 2 Hair with Verb Dry Shampoo

Hey beauty lovers!

Today we're talking all things dry shampoo. If you been following along the past month, you know that I am now a Verb Products affiliate which is SUPER EXCITING because I've been a big fan of their hair products for a few years now.

Since I'm definitely washing my hair less frequently during quarantine, I decided to put Verb's Dry Shampoo to the test! Verb actually has 3 dry shampoo offerings: 1 powder form, 1 for light hair and 1 for dark hair. Since I am blonde, I purchased the Dry Shampoo Powder and the Dry Shampoo Light. If you are a brunette, I recommend heading over to The Sassy Suburbs to check out her go-to dry shampoo post!

Dry shampoos typically come in 2 forms, loose powder & aerosol spray. Prior to trying Verb, my go to was the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo which is an aerosol and finallyyy comes in a jumbo size! I was super excited to try Verb's 2 options for dry shampoo and put them to the ultimate test against my all-time fav! For a detailed review, be sure to check out my latest IGTV video!

First up, the loose powder! I prefer this option from Verb - the pointed nozzle makes for easy, precise application and the product blends easily into the hair. Before dry shampoo ever was a *thing* I used to use straight up baby powder in my hair so it's no wonder I gravitated towards the loose powder option.

Next up, the powder aerosol for light hair! This is a great product but I felt like I needed to spray a lot in order to get the job done. Also, it didn't leave white residue in my hair which I actually DIDN'T LIKE. I like to see the white in my hair to know that the product is doing its job LOL! Then I rub the product into my hair/scalp with my fingers so you don't see the white! I am sure that is an unpopular opinion - but that's just me!

Ciao for now, beauty queens!
